Pay Per Call Advertising is a minimal risk opportunity that enables you to generate warm leads for your campaign through print media whilst avoiding high advertising insertion fees. Following a small, initial set-up fee, you only pay for calls and enquiries received as a result of the ads. These calls can be directed straight to your office or to one of our agents who can further qualify the enquiry for you.

The Pay Per Call (PPC) method is a low risk form of advertising.

You’re not being asked to pay ongoing advertising fees. Following a small set-up fee, you pay for calls/enquiries generated from these advertisements – therefore providing you with an efficient way of spending your marketing budget.

The leads coming in are warm since the person enquiring is contacting you as opposed to you contacting them. The adverts have sparked an interest in what you’re offering, and the person contacting you is looking to find out more. This results in greater ‘enquiry to sale’ conversions.

You receive a far better return on investment on your marketing spend as you are only paying for the calls and enquiries that come in to you. Too much time and money is spent generating and paying for advertising that only creates a small amount of interest at a considerable cost.

The call tracking management system included in the offering provides you with detailed information on calls received and provides you with information on any missed calls, enabling you to contact the person back as soon as possible and therefore avoid missing a sale.

Once approved, they are placed in regional newspapers, nationally or within your chosen areas. Ads can vary in size but are approximately credit card sized.

A simple website will also be created to enable individuals to view information online and provide their contact details via the online data capture form.

You will be billed per call/enquiry on a weekly basis.

You will be asked to sign a Services Agreement. Once completed, the advertisements will be designed and agreed by you.

Agreed ads will then be placed into the various newspapers.

If you have opted to have the calls directed straight to your office, you will need to provide us with your office telephone number and a designated e-mail address or addresses for all missed call alerts and web enquiries.

The one-time, set-up fee covers the following:

  • The design and production of your adverts & website (if applicable)
  • Inclusion of all information to meet with regulatory requirements
  • An initial payment to the publishers to guarantee that they are going to place your ads for a minimum period of four months
  • Ongoing insertion of the ads in numerous publications
  • Providing you with virtual telephone numbers to display on your adverts
  • Provision of the numbers including recording an introduction for your brand
  • Providing you with a comprehensive call management system to monitor calls and provide you with real-time missed call alerts along with the options to generate numerous reports essential for you to monitor your campaigns
  • Creation of a call answering account which will enable our agents to qualify the calls for you before either transferring the call to you or emailing the information over (if applicable)

You will be charged a pre-agreed fee per billable call that comes in. This is agreed in advance with your Account Manager and depends on your campaign type.

You will receive a weekly call report detailing all calls along with your invoice.

The call report that will be sent to you on a weekly basis (typically on a Monday morning) details all calls made to your numbers in the previous week.

All calls are subject to our Scrubbing Policy. This means that you will not be billed for any calls that are not valid enquiries. Invalid enquiries include:

  • An answered call lasting less than 5 seconds
  • Calls of a commercial nature – for example an advertising agency
  • A hoax enquiry
  • Calls for other organisations where the dialler has misdialled
  • A missed call, regardless of duration, that was left by a withheld number
  • Any test calls

Please note that the Company or the relevant publications reserve the right to review the ‘scrubbed’ calls to ensure that they are ineligible.

Call Tracking is part of the key technology that enables Pay Per Call.

You will be provided with web-based software that will enable you to log in to your PPC account and view how the campaign is progressing.

You will be given one set of login details and if you have multiple campaigns you can find all of these listed under the one account.

The platform is transparent and can therefore be viewed by both us and you. It will give you the ability to monitor the campaigns, amend details such as email addresses and redirect telephone numbers as well as generate useful reports such as missed call lists, unique call lists and total number of calls per week, month, etc.
